Open Spaces

The Parish Council owns a play area in Salisbury Avenue, Warden Hill.  This is an area that is in two distinct parts; a toddlers play area which the Council improved three years ago and an area that contains an all weather play surface and goal end.  The Council is currently planning to refurbish this part with a new play surface and double ended MUGA.

Also in Warden Hill is an open space known as Weavers Field which, after much campaigning, was recently awarded Queen Elizabeth II status.  Not too far away there is also Brizen Recreational Field which has a MUGA and skateboard facility as well as a field which is regularly used for playing junior football matches.  These facilities are owned by Cheltenham Borough Council.

Also in the parish is a small toddlers play area near The Lanes, Leckhampton, and Leckhampton residents also have the benefit of playing fields boarding the parish boundary which are very well used for walking and the playing of team sports such as football.
