Cheltenham Local Plan

Cheltenham Borough CouncilĀ  (CBC) has begun on a new plan for Cheltenham. The Cheltenham local Plan will be a new planning document which will guide development in the local area and will be used in combination with the Joint Core Strategy for Gloucester, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury (JCS).

The plan was put out to consultation over a period that ran for eight weeks from Monday 12 February 2018 until Monday 9 April 2018.

On 14th March Leckhampton with Warden Hill Parish Council (LWWHPC) held a meeting, for residents, at which Tim Brown - Head of Education Gloucestershire County Council (GCC), John Rowley - Senior Planning Policy officer CBC and Tracey Crewes - Director of Planning CBC along with Parish Councillors; Dr Adrian Mears and Chris Nelson attended. The objectives of that meeting were to inform the residents attending of the details of the Cheltenham Local Plan, including the proposed new senior school and to enable a Q&A session between residents and the CBC and GCC officers.

The documents below are the submissions made to CBC by LWWHPC

1 - Proposed new Secondary School
